Policy
From 2006 my QSL policy (with special made full colour paper QSL cards) is to answer only direct QSL cards that I receive for contacts with any of my callsigns outside of Sweden. All incoming direct cards, received not later than two years after the contact, will be checked carefully to ensure that the QSO appears in my computer log.

Incoming cards via bureau
All incoming cards received via bureau, will be confirmed with a simple computer printed unsigned QSL card via bureau once a year.

Incoming direct cards
Special QSL cards, fullfilling the rules for IOTA confirmations, will be available shortly after I have returned home. The QSL card will be an attractive full colour card. Please allow two or three months delay for printing and handling. My QSL card will be returned via mail if the following is fullfilled.

a/ Ensure that the QSO information on your card of claimed contacts is clear and correct.

b/ Enclose a good quality self-addressed envelope of sufficient size and strength for the number of return cards expected. No loose labels please!

c/ Enclose two (2) US Dollars to meet my costs for printing and postage by airmail. Simple postage outside Sweden is from January 2007 eleven (11) SEK up to 20g. Today (september 2007) is one (1) US$ < 6.50 SEK.

I don't accept IRC any longer. In Sweden there are no longer any local post offices. Stamps are today bought at various facilities and clerks don't redeem IRC. I have to travel to the main post office in the next big city to have them redeemed, so I don't accept IRC any longer.

Applications received direct but not fullfilling the rules a-c above for direct QSL, will receive confirmation via the bureau once a year.

LoTW
If you are satisfied with an electronic confirmation of our QSO, my computer log from 2000 is uploaded to ARRL's "Log of the world".

eQSL
eQSL is another way of an electronic confirmation. Since my logging program also support eQSL, my computer log with all foreign calls from 2000 is uploaded to eQSL. The authenticity of my call CT3/SM7DKF, FJ/SM7DKF, FS/SM7DKF, ZF2MW and ZK1DKF are guaranteed and approved by eQSL.

To upload new large files to eQSL is very unpredictable, since the process almost is interrupted for unknown reasons. I'm very doubtful if I will support with eQSL for new DX-calls in the future.

My address for direct QSL is:
